APPLES IN DRESSING GOWNS

List of Ingredients

10 slightly sour apples
220 g wheat flour
egg
2 yolks
20 g butter
25 g Zott Primo cream 30 %
25 g Zott Primo cream 30 %
60 g almonds
250 g drained preserves
20 g sugar
100 g powdered sugar

How to Prepare

Put flour, crack egg, add sugar and butter, and Zott Primo Creamer 30 %. Carefully mix and knead the dough. The, roll it up to obtain a thin layer. Carve 10 squares out of the dough.

Peel apples, drill seed nests which will be filled with preserves. Put the fruit on the dough and roll. Smear the biscuits with cracked yolks and sprinkle with almonds. Bake on a baking tray for ca. 40 minutes. After taking them out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
