Meat and sauce
Wash and cut the meat into thick dices, sprinkle with oil olive and season, and then put two spoons of flour and mix. Put on a heated pan and fry, until it is brown. Baste with a glass of water and add allspice, few grains of pepper and laurel leaves. Stew covered on a small heat. Slice and fry onion, red pepper and peeled champignons. Put the vegetables on the pan with meat. Squeeze garlic and stew together until the meat turns soft. Thicken the sauce with flour with Zott Natura Sour Cream 12 %.
Grate potatoes and onion on a grater, add eggs and flour, and season with salt and pepper. The pancakes must be quite large, so fry them one at a time, using the entire surface of the pan. Put the filling on the pancake. Fold in half and pour sauce over it. Enjoy!
