DUMPLINGS WITH PLUMS
How to Prepare
Sieve flour and crack egg. Pour melted butter and a glass of warm water. Carefully mix all ingredients, knead and roll the dough. Use a glass to carve round pancakes. Wash and cut plums into halves and remove the stones. Put a half or a quarter (depending on the fruit size) of a plum on each piece of dough and form dumplings. Cook in slightly salted water. Take out from the pot after ca. 3 minutes after they surface. Garnish the Dumplings with Plums with Zott Primo Creamer 30 % and sprinkle with sugar. Enjoy!
