HIGHLAND BRYNDZA DUMPLINGS
How to Prepare
Grate oscypek on a grater with small holes and mix with bryndza and Zott Natur's Semi-Fat Quark. Fry onion on butter. When it turns gold, add it to the cheese pulp. Add egg. Season with pepper. Put the filling in fridge.
Put flour into a bowl and add pinch of salt. Pour boiling water over the flour and stir with a spoon. When the dough is a bit colder, add egg and oil, and knead until smooth. Wrap in aluminium foil and put away for 15 minutes to 'rest.' Roll up and carve. Once the filling is added and the dumplings are formed, cook them in salted water. Take out after ca. 3 minutes after they surface. Serve the dish with Zott Primo Cream 18 %. Enjoy!
