How to Prepare
Dry and slice fillets. Peel cloves of garlic, grate with pepper, grated lemon peel and bryndza to obtain a smooth mix. Whip Zott Primo Cream 18 %, seasoning with a pinch of salt and sugar, and then mix with the bryndza mix and put into refrigerator for ca. 10-15 minutes. Add chive, peas and red pepper. Put the herrings on a platter and cover with the sauce. Cool in the refrigerator and garnish with lemon slices and parsley leaves. Enjoy!
