HIGHLAND-STYLE LOIN OF PORK
How to Prepare
Cut pork loin into 1 cm slices, rub with salt and pork flavouring. Shred sauerkraut, put it into a pot with water and boil. Dice white onion and fry on a pan with a small amount of oil. Cut plums into thin stripes.
Heat the pan and put the loin on it. When it turns brown on both sides, add fries onion and plums. Put diced red onion on the pan. Cover and stew for a few minutes.
Drain the boiled cabbage and add it on the pan. Season with allspice, laurel leaf, curry and pepper. Stew for a few minutes and pour a glass of bullion.
When the meat is soft, add flour mixed with Zott Primo Cream 12 %. Put the entire content of the pan into a heatproof dish. Sprinkle with marjoram, bake in 180 degrees for ca. 20 minutes. Enjoy!
