How to Prepare
Put flour, add yolks, Zott Primo Cream 12 %, butter, baking powder and spirit, and mix all the ingredients. Once the dough is knead, put it into refrigerator for 40 minutes. Then, roll it up (the layer should be ca. 4 mm thick), carve longitudinal 8 x 3 cm rectangles. Cut in the middle. Form the cencis by grabbing one of the sides and putting it through the opening. Use a pot with a thick bottom to melt lard. Put the cencis into hot fat. Turn them, once they turn gold. When you take them out of the pot, drain the fat and sprinkle the biscuits with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
