PANCAKES WITH SHEEP CHEESE
How to Prepare
Start by preparing the mix. Blend sheep cheese with Zott Primo Natural Yoghurt. Add finely chopped onion and oregano leaves, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Now, take care of the dough. Crack eggs and separate whites from yolks. Add milk, yolks and salt to flour. Mix the ingredients until the dough is thick and smooth. Beat the whites into soft peaks and carefully mix it with the dough. Heat oil on a pan. The fried pancakes should not be too thick. Once taken from the pan, put the mix with bryndza and fold into triangles. Serve warm. Enjoy!
