How to Prepare
Cook groats. Fry pork fat with bacon and one onion. Add marjoram, pepper and salt. Add the content to the groats and mix carefully. Wash and slice champignons and stew with a bit of butter, salt and pepper. Dice the other onion and fry it on butter. When it's transparent, add to the champignons, and then add Zott Primo Cream 18 %, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Pour the sauce over the groats. Garnish with dill. Enjoy!
