How to Prepare
Start from washing and shredding cabbage and peeling and slicing potatoes into bars. Prepare a large pot with water. Put cabbage on the bottom and potatoes on the top (it is important not to mix the layers). Add a few grains of pepper and laurel leaf. Cook until the potatoes turn soft, checking regularly if there is still water at the bottom, but do not stir. Slice and fry onion in oil. When it is brown, pour Zott Primo Creamer 30 % on the pan, making sure it does not curd. Stir the boiled potatoes with cabbage. Pour the sour cream with onion and stir again. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the Parzybroda hot. Enjoy!
