SPUDS WITH CHANTERELLES
How to Prepare
Mash and salt boiled spuds (potatoes). Pour Zott Primo Creamer 30 % and mix thoroughly. Fry bacon and add washed and scalded chanterelles. Cover the spuds in a bowl with a layer of fried bacon and mushrooms. Enjoy!
