How to Prepare

Wash and clean meat, divide into four parts, cutting along fibres. Tenderise each slice and season with salt. Peel and cut onions. Cut cucumber into stripes. Put a layer of mustard on the meat, then prepare the filling by adding bacon, onion, and cucumber. Roll the meat and secure with a thread. Fry the collops in oil. Pour water over them and add Zott Primo Cream 12 % mixed with flour. Season with salt and pepper. After boiling reduce the heat and stew under a cover for at least 40 minutes. Serve the collops with potatoes, fried beetroot and red cabbage. Enjoy!
