How to Prepare
Wash and peel apples, cut into halves and remove seed nests. Grate on a grater with large holes. Fry the fruit on butter. Add tomato paste and stir. Wash and scald lemon, peel and slice. Remove seeds and put into the pot. Pour meat stock and add Zott Primo Cream 12 %. Season with salt and pepper and boil for a moment stirring. Garnish the soup with parsley leaves. Enjoy!
