Sposób wykonania

Peel and cook potatoes in salted water. Once cooled, mash or grind the potatoes. Mix with flour and Kefir and knead on a table covered with flour. Make a dough roll with a 4 cm diameter. Cut into thick (up to 2 cm) slices and form pancakes (which should be lightly flattened and have small hollows). Mix bryndza with Zott Primo Cream 18 % and put on the pancakes, adding rosemary and thyme leaves. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the pancakes on it. Put into an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Moskole may be served both warm, and cold. Enjoy!
