WROCLAW-STYLE PORK CHOP
How to Prepare
Wash pork chops, cut into cutlets and tenderise. Sprinkle both sides of the cutlets with salt and pepper, and then coat with flour and breadcrumbs. Dice ham, grate cheese. Add yolks and Zott Primo Cream 18 %, season with salt and pepper, and mix carefully. Put the mixture over the cutlets and press. Coat the meat again with breadcrumbs, put on a pan with hot oil, and fry until gold.
