- 500 g high-fat Quark
- 330 g Zott Primo Cream 12 %
- 330 g Zott Primo Cream 12 %
- 150 g whole wheat bread
- sugar
- salt
How to Prepare
Pour beer into a pot and boil, adding diced bread and seasoning with salt and sugar. Pour Zott Primo Cream 12 % and mix thoroughly. Dice high-fat Quark and put into the pot. Stop cooking before the soup starts boiling. Enjoy!
