DULCE DE LECHE MAZUREK
How to Prepare
Mix flour, yolk, Zott Primo Cream 15 %, butter and powdered sugar, then knead. When it is smooth, put into refrigerator for an hour. Take out and roll up until it is 1 cm thick. Then, put into a tray. Use a knife to cut away the extra pieces. Decorate the top with a band made of the extra dough pieces. Heat the oven to 180° C. Put the baking tray into the oven and bake for ca. 20 minutes.
Dulce de leche mix
Use a saucepan to mix Zott Primo Creamer 30 % with sugar. Add a pinch of soda and vanilla beans, cook on a low heat. When the mix is almost ready (check it by dropping drops on a plate and see if it hardens immediately), add butter. Cook for another moment. Pour the hot mix over the dough. Remember to put nuts and dried fruit on the Mazurek before the glaze hardens. Enjoy!
