PUMPKIN DROP SCONES
How to Prepare
Wash and peel pumpkin. Drill the pumpkins and grate the pulp on a grater with large holes. Blend butter with sugar and yolks. Add 3 spoons of Zott Primo Cream 12 % and beaten egg whites, add sifted flour, season with salt and stir. Heat fat on a pan. Scoop the dough with a spoon, form small scones and fry. The scones should turn brown on both sides. Serve with Zott Primo Cream 12 % and sugar. Enjoy!
