POTATO SOUP WITH A TONGUE
How to Prepare
Put cleaned chicken trunk and tongue in a pot. Pour water over the meat, add chopped carrots and celery with seasoning. Cook for ca. 15 minutes and take the trunk out. When the tongue turns soft, add diced potatoes. After ca. 20 minutes, take the tongue out for a while in order to cut it into slices. Pour Zott Primo Cream 12 %, add dill and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
