KASHUBIAN FRYKASÉ WITH CHICKEN
How to Prepare
Use one pot to cook broth, and the other to cook rice. Pour boiling water over raisins and put them away. Use a saucepan to melt 2 spoons of butter, add flour and stir carefully (do not let turn lumpy). Fry for a minute, then pour a litre of broth and cook for a while stirring constantly. Take of the heat. Separate egg yolks and carefully mix with Zott Primo Cream 18 %, and then pour into the sauce and mix. Add sugar, lemon juice, raisins and chicken cooked in the broth. Serve the Frykasé with rice. Enjoy!
